Continuous Auditing: More performance, more usability

These innovations make Continuous Auditing with oktant even more efficient

In order to offer oktant finance & oktant audit users increasing convenience and the best possible results, we are constantly working on optimising the customer experience and performance. For you, this means pleasant innovations:

Improved performance

Users can now expect even better performance – query times are reduced by up to 20 per cent. In addition, there is now a direct connection to oktant’s internal database, so that changes in the audit app, for example changes to account allocation or the creation of new audit jobs, have an immediate effect on the analysis dataset; additional status messages about pending data processing help users to always keep an overview.

First AI-supported analyses

In many audit procedures that focus on conspicuous bookings or developments (e.g. conspicuous sales revenues, conspicuous other expenses), the result reports were supplemented with AI-supported anomaly detection. The algorithm calculates an expected value together with a deviation corridor for a certain period and compares this with the actual values.

Individual transactions in the account sheet

Thanks to a newly implemented drill through, it is now possible to access the standard reports balance sheet, profit and loss statement and totals and balances list down to the level of individual postings.

oktant community

Recently, users can conveniently log in directly via a button with their oktant access data to enter the community portal: The days when you had to rely on your bookmark are over! It is now also possible to share suggestions and ideas and to vote for new functions via feature voting.

If you have any questions about the features or further suggestions, please feel free to contact us!
